You'll act as a key driver of digital growth, combining marketing automation, CRM expertise, and paid media execution to optimize end-to-end customer acquisition and lifecycle performance. You'll work across multiple digital channels, ensuring seamless integration between systems and campaigns. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations hubs.
  • Build and optimize workflows, automations, and lead scoring processes.
  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads.
  • Implement tracking and analytics using Google Tag Manager and GA4.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations hubs.
  • HubSpot certifications (required or in progress).
  • Proven experience building complex workflows, automation logic, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Zapier, APIs, and webhook-based integrations.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Google Ads certification.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
  • Call tracking tools experience.
