You'll work closely with innovative companies to help them bring products to market using Fictiv's global manufacturing platform. You'll drive strategic account business plans and manage customer contract negotiations to grow customer lifetime value and achieve sales quotas.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop strategic account business plans for target accounts
  • Identify and secure prototyping and production manufacturing contracts
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Lead contract negotiations and build long-term relationships with decision makers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience with proven track record
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
  • Experience with modern sales tools (CRM, Sequencing, Prospecting, Collaboration)

  • BS/BA degree
  • Manufacturing experience
