- Conduct outbound calls to independent automotive repair shop owners to generate interest in events.
- Communicate program value propositions and overcome objections to secure attendance commitments.
- Identify, qualify, and track prospects using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and coaching teams to align outreach messaging.
- Follow up with no-shows and warm leads to support post-event conversion.
๐ Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong outbound communication and phone-based sales skills.
- Self-driven mindset with ability to work independently in a remote, target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort using digital tools to track performance metrics.
