Description

You will manage Executive Risk and Property claims, advocating for optimal claim resolutions while maintaining strong client and carrier relationships. You'll also mentor staff, contribute to projects, and attend industry seminars.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Claims experience in Executive Risk and/or Property
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with Applied Epic, Carrier and TPA platforms preferred
• Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Interact professionally with clients via email, phone, and in-person
• Maintain proactive approach to claim strategies and resolutions
• Communicate pertinent claim information to internal and external clients
• Develop expertise in Executive Risk and Property lines of coverage
