Description

You will lead the rollout and implementation of the Manufacturing Development Process (MDP) for complex space vehicles, managing integrated schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams to drive production readiness and scale. This role is critical to bringing cutting-edge defense technology from concept to full-rate production at Anduril.

Requirements

• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, operations, design, consulting, or project/program management.
• 8+ years overall experience in relevant domains.
• Background in manufacturing or engineering transformation.
• Strong business and technical acumen with product lifecycle focus.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Introduce MDP framework to stakeholders across Space Business Line.
• Lead manufacturing engineering teams through MDP rollout for space vehicle.
• Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for 5-7 product lines.
• Track manufacturing readiness, risks, and facilitate phase gate evaluations.
• Guide teams through build cycles from concept to low-rate production.
