Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably global or multi-location
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service
• Excellent understanding of retail KPIs and data analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global retail operational strategies and policies
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics (sales, inventory, customer satisfaction, store productivity)
• Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics for efficient inventory management
• Lead cross-functional projects for operational improvements and new store openings
