You'll lead continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance and environmental practices at a major steelmaking coal mine. You'll mentor shop and field supervisors while ensuring key performance indicators are met around costs, equipment performance, and safety. This role offers a compressed work week with alternating Fridays off in the Elk Valley of British Columbia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage maintenance project execution and planning standards
• Liaise with Environmental group to ensure policy compliance
• Mentor and coach supervisors on development plans
• Ensure compliance to KPIs for costs, equipment, and safety

📋 Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant technical field plus trade certification
• Minimum seven years of direct supervisor experience
• Digital literacy in Microsoft Office Suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Supervisory experience in a mobile mine maintenance environment
• Experience in material acquisition, planning, and scheduling
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
