Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Team player willing to work mandatory overtime

Responsibilities

• Identify cosmetic imperfections pre-reconditioning and post-paint process
• Prep, sand, and mask vehicles for paint work
• Operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Work in a fast-paced production environment with mandatory overtime as needed
• Use safety equipment including face shield, gloves, and protective garments
