🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute onboarding, transfers, leaves, and offboarding processes
• Improve benefits programs and support DC pension administration
• Coordinate with global HR, Benefits, and Payroll on projects
• Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies

📋 Requirements

• Employee Life Cycle operations experience in Japan
• Payroll and social insurance knowledge (practical level)
• Experience managing HR operations with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

✨ Nice to Have

• DC pension plan implementation or support experience
• Worked with global HR/Benefits teams
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
