🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, PMax, YouTube, Display
• Manage 6-figure monthly budgets with full accountability for performance and scaling
• Collaborate with creative team to develop ad concepts and messaging
• Run structured tests to identify winning creatives, keywords, and bidding strategies

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience across Search, PMax, YouTube, Display
• Experience running campaigns across multiple countries and regions
• Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar tools
• Deep understanding of Google Ads account structures and Smart Bidding strategies
