💼 About This Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, partnering with sales leadership and solutions engineers to drive adoption of LaunchDarkly's feature management platform. Your core impact will be expanding revenue within accounts of up to 5,000 employees through strategic outbound pipeline development and executive engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Proactively generate and manage outbound pipeline within accounts up to 5,000 employees
  • Build and nurture relationships with mid-market accounts as primary point of contact
  • Develop strategic territory plans to maximize growth and customer engagement
  • Drive successful product adoption by collaborating with pre- and post-sales engineering teams

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success in a closing role at a SaaS company exceeding targets
  • Experience with consultative selling and managing complex sales cycles
  • Track record of land and expand strategy across business units
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to mid-market companies
  • Deep understanding of DevOps or developer tools space
