Description
You will own and scale the enterprise growth engine at Hex, driving pipeline generation, field marketing, and integrated campaigns. This is a senior, high-impact role where you'll partner closely with sales leadership to define strategy and execute measurable growth.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years B2B marketing experience with enterprise demand generation focus
- Proven success partnering with sales leaders to drive pipeline
- Experience owning field marketing and ABM programs
- Strong campaign strategist connecting narrative, channels, and execution
- Analytical and metrics-driven with a clear POV on enterprise pipeline
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise pipeline strategy and partner with sales leadership
- Lead field marketing end-to-end, including regional programs and ABM
- Design and run integrated enterprise campaign strategies
- Operate as GM owning marketing plan, budget, and performance
- Collaborate across brand, product marketing, content, lifecycle, and RevOps
