Description

You will own and scale the enterprise growth engine at Hex, driving pipeline generation, field marketing, and integrated campaigns. This is a senior, high-impact role where you'll partner closely with sales leadership to define strategy and execute measurable growth.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years B2B marketing experience with enterprise demand generation focus
  • Proven success partnering with sales leaders to drive pipeline
  • Experience owning field marketing and ABM programs
  • Strong campaign strategist connecting narrative, channels, and execution
  • Analytical and metrics-driven with a clear POV on enterprise pipeline

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise pipeline strategy and partner with sales leadership
  • Lead field marketing end-to-end, including regional programs and ABM
  • Design and run integrated enterprise campaign strategies
  • Operate as GM owning marketing plan, budget, and performance
  • Collaborate across brand, product marketing, content, lifecycle, and RevOps
