💼 About This Role

You'll dismantle the current training model at Wing Assistant and build a world-class Performance Academy from scratch. You'll personally design curriculum, lead live sessions, and establish systems to scale talent development across 200+ VAs monthly. This role transitions from hands-on building to strategic leadership as the department matures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop multi-week Performance Academy curriculum
• Lead live training sessions for new VA cohorts
• Establish systems and processes for scalable training
• Collaborate with executive leadership on training strategy

📋 Requirements

• Building training programs from scratch at virtual assistant companies or BPOs
• Experience with high-volume onboarding (200+ per month)
• Curriculum design and live training delivery
• Transitioning from hands-on to strategic leadership role

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in virtual assistant industry
• Background in adult learning or instructional design
• Previous experience as Head of Training or similar
