Description

You will own the engineering sustainment of a large air vehicle program, focusing on scaling production and fielding across multiple locations. You will lead technical and programmatic execution, assemble teams, and coordinate integration of design changes into production lines.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of unmanned vehicles/robotics
• Leadership experience supporting products in production and deployment
• Strong understanding of vehicle and systems design rationale
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed systems

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and programmatic execution of air vehicle system design, fabrication, test, production, and deployment
• Establish technical and programmatic vision and communicate to internal and external teams
• Coordinate integration of design changes into production lines and subsystem/system test efforts
• Work with lead engineers and customers to ensure product success in the field
• Work with senior leadership to ensure adequate resource plans
