You'll drive retention, adoption, and expansion by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver results. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise and midmarket customers
- Lead strategic account planning and success reviews
- Coordinate with Engineering and Product on integration milestones
- Develop account strategies focused on ROI and expansion
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of Account Management or Customer Success in SaaS
- Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously
- Understanding of ERP integrations and data workflows
- Data-driven with strong relationship-building skills
