You'll own and grow relationships with Stuut's strategic enterprise and midmarket customers, ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes through AI-powered cash flow automation. You'll drive retention, adoption, and expansion by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver results. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship management and business problem-solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise and midmarket customers
  • Lead strategic account planning and success reviews
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Product on integration milestones
  • Develop account strategies focused on ROI and expansion

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of Account Management or Customer Success in SaaS
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously
  • Understanding of ERP integrations and data workflows
  • Data-driven with strong relationship-building skills

  • Experience in fintech or automation
  • Background in high-growth startup environments
  • Familiarity with technical integrations (APIs)
