You'll build and operate an AI-powered revenue engine that turns product signals and market inputs into predictable growth. You'll own forecasting, revenue efficiency, and the GTM operating cadence. This role redefines RevOps into a self-optimizing revenue system that scales without linear headcount growth.
π― What You'll Do
- Build an AI-native operating model for revenue systems
- Own end-to-end revenue system: pipeline to retention
- Drive forecasting accuracy and revenue efficiency metrics
- Operate as strategic partner to CRO, CFO, and CEO
π Requirements
- 12+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy leadership
- Track record of materially improving revenue performance
- Experience building AI-enabled or highly automated GTM systems
- Deep understanding of forecasting, pipeline dynamics, and ARR conversion
