🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build an AI-native operating model for revenue systems
  • Own end-to-end revenue system: pipeline to retention
  • Drive forecasting accuracy and revenue efficiency metrics
  • Operate as strategic partner to CRO, CFO, and CEO

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 12+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy leadership
  • Track record of materially improving revenue performance
  • Experience building AI-enabled or highly automated GTM systems
  • Deep understanding of forecasting, pipeline dynamics, and ARR conversion
