Description

You will shape the visual and interaction design of Robinhood's Gold Card and banking products, working from 0 to 1 to build new systems while maintaining a cohesive design identity. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver accessible, user-focused solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer with strong visual design portfolio
• Demonstrated success designing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech
• Experience taking products from concept to launch
• Strong systems thinking and ability to build scalable design systems
• Bonus: Prototyping and motion design skills

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end design of key features across banking tools and experiences
• Create visually compelling, cohesive designs that elevate user experience
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Content, and Research
• Contribute to and evolve design system for banking products
• Help set standard for design craft and product excellence
