You'll drive architectural strategy for LemFi's remittance platform, processing over $1B monthly. You will tackle complex system challenges end-to-end, setting the benchmark for technical quality. This role offers ownership of high-stakes components and mentorship opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide architectural decisions from concept to production across teams
• Own and improve high-stakes system components hands-on
• Mentor engineers and leads to remove blockers
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Growth stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years building distributed systems
• Deep expertise in Go or Java
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD

• Degree in Computer Science
• Experience in FinTech or Banking
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design
