You'll take ownership of supplier development and quality management across Heron Power's supplier network. Collaborate with design engineering and supply chain teams to drive strategic supplier partnerships. This role offers significant potential for advancement into a leadership position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop supplier capabilities through technical assessments and process improvements.
• Lead supplier qualification to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Communicate technical requirements between suppliers and internal teams.
• Drive supplier DFM reviews and assembly stack-up tolerance analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in supplier development or supplier quality.
• BS degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes for mechanical/electrical components.
• Skilled in tolerance stack-ups, metrology, and statistical data analysis.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in power semiconductors or PCBA processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings with GD&T understanding.
• Experience with ERP and PLM tools for BOM control.
