You'll optimize how patients engage with digital therapeutics after enrollment, analyzing data and building messaging journeys in Iterable. You'll run experiments and conduct user research to drive activation and adherence, reporting to the Director of Patient Products. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze product usage data to identify drop-off points and retention patterns.
• Configure and optimize engagement journeys in Iterable (push, SMS, email, etc.).
• Design and run experiments to test engagement hypotheses.
• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys) to understand disengagement.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of engagement or lifecycle marketing experience in a mobile app environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with an engagement platform (Iterable, Braze, or similar).
• Experience with product analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience running experiments and making data-informed decisions.
