💼 About This Role

You'll maintain and repair composite molds for high-performance marine structures used in autonomous platforms. Your work ensures precise layups and infusions while directly affecting quality and production uptime.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect molds before and after use for wear, damage, or contamination
• Repair surface imperfections using appropriate resins and fillers
• Apply and maintain mold release systems such as wax or coatings
• Track mold use cycles and support preventative maintenance schedules

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with composite molds in production
• Strong working knowledge of mold preparation and release systems
• Ability to identify and repair common mold issues like scratches or pitting
• U.S. Person (citizen or permanent resident) required for DoD-related work

• Experience with large-format molds in marine, aerospace, or automotive production
• Knowledge of thermal cycling and dimensional control best practices
• Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems
