You'll be the first CNC Machinist at a next-generation defense tech company, owning prototyping and small volume production of flight critical components. You'll mentor engineers and shape machining capabilities from scratch. This role stands out for its high autonomy and impact in a fast-growing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate 3 axis CNC mills and perform CAM programming
• Setup CNC mills and manage tooling
• Interpret blueprints to meet aerospace specifications
• Work independently on machining challenges and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience in prototyping/production
• 2+ years of CAM software experience for 3 axis mills
• Experience working to AS9100D or ISO 9001 standards
• Ability to interpret blueprints and recommend machinability improvements

✨ Nice to Have

• Aerospace flight hardware or drone manufacturing experience
• CNC lathe setup, programming, and operation
• CAD experience (SolidWorks) for fixturing design
