💼 About This Role

You'll ensure SaaS and internal environments are reliable, secure, and scalable, working closely with Engineering, DevOps, and Security teams. You'll serve as a technical escalation point and drive operational maturity through automation and monitoring. This role is on-site in Indianapolis with a focus on both production and internal systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Clinical Architecture environments.
• Support application deployments across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Partner with Engineering and DevOps to support build, release, and deployment processes.
• Serve as technical escalation point for environment or deployment issues.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years experience in application implementation or SaaS operations.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Windows Server, IIS, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Experience supporting production environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic programming in C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 or FHIR.
