As a Senior People Business Partner at Anduril, you will collaborate with leadership to enhance our high-performing culture, serving as a strategic advisor on talent development, employee engagement, and performance enhancement. You'll drive people strategies aligned with hyper growth and shape company goals.

Requirements

• 12+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably with engineering client groups
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Expertise across HR channels: compensation, benefits, compliance, employee relations, learning and development
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• U.S. Person status required due to export-controlled data

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner to business leaders on people-related strategies and employee engagement
• Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Conduct thorough and objective employee relations investigations
• Lead design and implementation of new people programs and enhance existing initiatives
• Facilitate talent calibrations and compensation planning using people metrics
