🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead formulation development programs for high concentration protein therapeutics.
• Design and execute formulation strategies based on protein chemistry principles.
• Identify and mitigate formulation-related risks like aggregation and viscosity.
• Serve as technical lead on concurrent projects from early- to late-stage.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline.
• 3+ years biopharmaceutical industry experience in protein formulation development.
• Deep expertise in protein chemistry and physical biochemistry.
• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques like DLS, DSF, SEC.

• Experience with protein crystallization for drug delivery.
• Knowledge of lyophilization or spray drying unit operations.
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis.
