You'll partner with Product Engineering to provide financial insights that shape strategic decisions at AlayaCare. Your work will directly influence SaaS metrics and R&D investment decisions for a high-growth cloud platform. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for Product Engineering
• Perform variance analysis and recommend actions to improve performance
• Monitor and refine KPIs in partnership with operational leaders
• Act as primary finance partner for Product Engineering leadership

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth or SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Adaptive Insights and Looker is an asset

• CPA designation
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Experience partnering with Product Engineering teams
