Description
You will become a trusted advisor for Stripe customers, helping them maximize value from Stripe's financial infrastructure. Your role involves leading post-sale engagement, retention, and growth, and advocating for customers internally to shape product improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years in client-facing role, ideally customer success, with large global organizations
- Strong analytical skills and operating rigor
- Executive presence and presentation skills for in-person multi-stakeholder meetings
- Experience building comprehensive account plans
- Track record of managing large, complex projects or programs
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of customers
- Support expansion of accounts by identifying opportunities and driving business outcomes
- Build and foster relationships with senior executives across business, product, engineering, finance, and IT
- Advocate for customers internally, sharing feedback to product management, engineering, and marketing
- Drive overall account health including payments performance, product adoption, and renewals
