Description

You will become a trusted advisor for Stripe customers, helping them maximize value from Stripe's financial infrastructure. Your role involves leading post-sale engagement, retention, and growth, and advocating for customers internally to shape product improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in client-facing role, ideally customer success, with large global organizations
  • Strong analytical skills and operating rigor
  • Executive presence and presentation skills for in-person multi-stakeholder meetings
  • Experience building comprehensive account plans
  • Track record of managing large, complex projects or programs

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of customers
  • Support expansion of accounts by identifying opportunities and driving business outcomes
  • Build and foster relationships with senior executives across business, product, engineering, finance, and IT
  • Advocate for customers internally, sharing feedback to product management, engineering, and marketing
  • Drive overall account health including payments performance, product adoption, and renewals
