💼 About This Role

You'll support the development, improvement, and sustainment of manufacturing processes for kidney stone treatment capital equipment. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements and ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability. This role offers the chance to work on CVAC 2.0 in a dynamic medical device startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support technical projects for new/improved processes
• Design manufacturing procedures, tooling, and fixtures
• Provide sustaining production line support and troubleshooting
• Train production personnel during new product transitions

📋 Requirements

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in medical device manufacturing
• Experience with electronic components/assembly in capital equipment
• Knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO13485, and cGMP requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with capital equipment having field upgradable software
• Experience with phased medical device product development and design transfer
• Experience designing manufacturing fixtures and processing aids
