💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Sales Engineering team across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, driving revenue growth and pipeline creation. This role reports to the EMEA VP of Sales Engineering and contributes to cross-functional product and marketing improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Foster a culture of Sales Engineering excellence across META markets
• Establish and align KPIs with Sales Leadership to improve technical win rates
• Develop and implement SE talent programs including onboarding and career paths
• Create SE-led pipeline programs and uphold demo/POC standards

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience leading go-to-market teams
• Experience leading Sales Engineering teams across META or similar multi-country regions
• Proven experience building regional programs aligned to sales priorities
• Experience mixing direct and partner-driven SE engagement
