As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will partner with sales to drive technical evaluations and demonstrations of the Observo AI platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating customer requirements into tailored solutions that address their security and observability challenges. Your work directly impacts customer success and helps shape product direction.

Requirements

• 10+ years sales engineering experience with security/observability focus
• Deep knowledge of tools like Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Cribl
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to identify and qualify opportunities by understanding customer pain points
• Lead technical discussions, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Observo AI
• Serve as subject matter expert on security, observability, SIEM, and APM tools
• Design solution architectures tailored to customer use cases
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices
