💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale a value engineering function from the ground up at a legal tech startup, partnering with sales and product teams. You'll quantify and communicate the business impact of our AI-native workspace to enterprise customers. This role offers the chance to define playbooks and frameworks that will shape how we communicate value globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own value creation in strategic deals with AEs and Sales Engineers
• Build compelling, executive-ready narratives for legal workflows
• Quantify impact beyond cost savings (workforce effectiveness)
• Create repeatable playbooks by use case, segment, and persona
• Support renewals and expansions through quantified impact reporting

📋 Requirements

• Experience translating complex products into quantified business impact in customer-facing roles
• Experience translating workflows into financial impact with credible business cases
• Ability to distill complex ideas into clear narratives for executive audiences
• Comfortable engaging directly with General Counsel and CFOs
