💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical touch point for customers deploying GPU compute infrastructure. You'll champion customer needs within the company and build the flywheel that feeds feedback back into our products. This role requires in-person presence at our SF office and working closely with engineering to automate solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as a technical touch point for customers
• Create and update documentation on our platform
• Handle customer issues or triage to the right person
• Work with Systems team to integrate customer feedback

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of customer-facing technical support or solution architecting
• Experience with HPC/GPU compute infrastructure
• Experience deploying SLURM and Kubernetes
• Experience with Linux virtualization and high-performance networking

✨ Nice to Have

• Comfortable automating tasks using Python and shell scripts
• Deployed GPU workloads for training or inference
• Worked with large-scale HPC deployments (>1000 GPUs)
