You will lead the People Business Partner function, serving as a trusted advisor on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, employee experience, and company culture, while building manager capability and driving people strategy initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or related
  • 10+ years HR experience with at least 5 years in HR Business Partnership or organizational development

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of People Business Partners
  • Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating business goals into workforce plans
  • Own complex employee relations cases, investigations, and risk mitigation
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies
  • Lead organizational design and change management for restructures or integrations
