Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or related
- 10+ years HR experience with at least 5 years in HR Business Partnership or organizational development
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of People Business Partners
- Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating business goals into workforce plans
- Own complex employee relations cases, investigations, and risk mitigation
- Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies
- Lead organizational design and change management for restructures or integrations
