🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop equipment specifications and heat and mass balances
• Perform process calculations and mechanical layouts
• Troubleshoot and complete root cause failure analysis
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team for conceptual design

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a mechanical or process engineer
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a process engineer coordinating multiple disciplines on large industrial capital projects
• Experience with P&ID creation and power plant detailed design
• Knowledge of power generation equipment like boilers, turbines, pumps
