You'll provide home health visits to clients in Fairfax, VA and surrounding areas, following personalized care plans and performing skilled nursing duties. You'll make a direct impact on patients' lives through 1:1 care and flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes
• Accurately document observations and interventions using tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license
• Minimum one year of recent clinical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
