๐ผ About This Role
You'll assist the Chef in preparing meals from surplus stock at our Moissy-Cramayel warehouse, ensuring a gourmet break for logistics teams. You'll gain hands-on experience in a purpose-driven kitchen fighting food waste.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Assist the Chef in daily meal preparation adapting recipes to short-date products.
- Prepare ingredients, cut vegetables, cook dishes, and organize workspace.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards following HACCP regulations.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and ensure proper food storage.
- Help set up themed menus and animations for break times.
๐ Requirements
- CAP, BEP or Bac Pro Cuisine certification.
- Mastery of basic culinary techniques.
- Ability to work without breaks in rotating shifts (6h-13h45, 7h30-15h15, 13h45-21h30).
- Willingness to perform all kitchen tasks including dishwashing.

- Prior internship or apprenticeship in restaurant or collective catering.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Curiosity about upcycling surplus ingredients.
