You'll work on ProInsight, an AI application generating insights from consumer conversations for a YC-backed startup. You'll own features end-to-end, collaborate with ML experts, and shape intelligent automation in financial services.

• Design, code, test, and deploy in a heterogeneous tech environment.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best engineering practices.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Own product and feature builds end to end from concept to deployment.
• Optimize backend systems for speed, efficiency, and scalability.

📋 Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in backend engineering with customer-facing products
• Expertise in Python with eagerness to learn new languages
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL
