📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in contingent workforce or related field
• Expertise in contingent workforce strategy and models
• Experience owning contingent workforce programs at global scale
• Understanding of compliance, co-employment risk, and regulatory considerations

• Experience managing MSPs and staffing agencies
• Highly analytical with workforce data skills
