Description

You will build and oversee financial operations at Ritual, a blockchain infrastructure company for AI. You'll manage accounting, treasury, and compliance for both fiat and crypto assets, working directly with founders to shape the financial foundation as the company scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally in early-stage startups
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Experience managing crypto transactions and digital assets
• Proven ability to design and implement accounting processes in a startup setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, treasury, and financial reporting
• Maintain internal controls over fiat and digital assets
• Manage company treasury including crypto and fiat holdings
• Monitor financial position, cash runway, and budget-to-actual performance
• Coordinate financial reporting cycles with external partners
