Description

You will serve as Neros' lead product lawyer, guiding interactions with the FCC, NTIA, FAA, and other regulatory stakeholders. You'll take a solution-oriented approach to supporting commercially viable products, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and administering the IP portfolio.

Requirements

JD and membership in a state bar or DC bar
At least 8 years of experience in government, big-law, or combination working on radio spectrum issues
Experience advising defense technology companies
Practical, solution-oriented approach to law
Ability to translate legal concepts to non-lawyer audiences and obtain Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

Act as principal product attorney for Neros
Oversee compliance with FTC, NTIA, FAA regulations, NDAA, and AI legislation
Serve as in-house expert on radio spectrum usage laws
Work with Export Control Officer on ITAR compliance
Administer Neros' IP portfolio
