Description

In this role, you will drive partner growth and strategy for enterprise clients in the APAC region, with a focus on the Chinese market. You'll build high-value partnerships, optimize publisher performance, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve client revenue goals.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and knowledgeable about the digital Chinese market.
• 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or contract negotiations.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record in sales or account management, exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience with performance marketing, affiliate marketing, and digital advertising platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with client goals, including recruitment, negotiation, and campaign optimization.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying, recruiting, and managing high-potential publishers in the Chinese market.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on APAC partnerships, providing strategic insights and regional expertise.
• Pitch innovative opportunities, negotiate terms, and foster strong relationships with publishers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with client services and partnerships teams to share best practices and escalate issues.
