Description

As a Field Process Engineer at ASM, you will understand customer needs, provide process support and implementation, and drive continuous improvement to ensure service and value exceed expectations. You will play a vital role in strengthening business success by developing and improving processes on tool sets at customer sites.

Requirements

• Master's degree or above
• Solid technical knowledge in Semiconductor industry, preferably CVD/ALD/Furnace/EPI
• Strong industry experience supporting complex instrumentation, applications, and informatics
• Ability to work in team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
• Good command of English

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify current and future customer needs, building long-term relationships
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience through team, process, and tool development
• Manage new product installs and subsequent process development
• Lead new site start-up and planning/risk assessment for successful execution
• Define project scope and resource planning with BU, escalate resource gaps to Manager
