Requirements

• 21 years or older
• 2+ years cannabis industry experience
• 2+ years customer service experience
• 2+ years last-mile distribution and logistics experience
• Associate degree or 2 years relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly team members to achieve daily operational and delivery goals
• Proactively solve capacity and quality issues with internal and external partners
• Support operational tasks including scheduling and product testing events
• Communicate with brand partners regarding scheduling and delivery details
• Produce detailed reporting of daily performance vs. goals
