You'll serve as the primary point of contact for the Colorado office, providing onsite HR and administrative support. You'll manage day-to-day office operations while ensuring policy compliance and fostering a professional workplace. This role is part of the HR team reporting to the VP of HR.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide onsite HR and administrative support aligned with company policies.
  • Manage daily office operations, including supply ordering.
  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training schedules.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and office administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply policies and procedures consistently.
  • Experience with HR tools such as HRIS systems and ATS.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ACA, etc.).
  • Experience with benefits administration.
  • Experience onboarding new employees.
