You will assemble window systems and glass products using air-powered tools and machinery, install components, apply sealants, and perform quality checks. This role is key to manufacturing high-quality building products in a collaborative team environment focused on safety and precision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer skills
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Good work ethic with consistent attendance
• Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Set up production stations according to job specifications
• Operate air-powered tools and departmental machinery to assemble components
• Clean, seal, and apply weather stripping to windows and frames
• Use tools to install hardware and glass; fabricate and hang sashes
• Perform quality checks on assembled products
