💼 About This Role

You'll lead the success of one of our Fulfillment Centers, overseeing daily operations and optimizing logistics processes. Your work directly improves the customer experience and drives continuous process improvements across our network. You'll also coach your team and take on shift leadership once a week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with site leadership to manage daily operations
• Develop and implement strategic logistics projects
• Lead and coach a team of supervisors and team leads
• Take shift lead once a week with 100+ employees

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration
• 2-6 years of experience in operational project management in logistics
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Hands-on mentality and ability to motivate a team

• Experience in e-commerce logistics
• Lean or Six Sigma certification
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems
