You'll be the first in-house trade compliance expert for a dual-use technology company selling to commercial clients and the U.S. military. You'll design and implement export control programs ensuring compliance with ITAR and EAR. This role offers a chance to shape compliance strategy from the ground up at a high-growth company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage Trade Compliance Policy and Technology Control Plans.
  • Perform export jurisdiction and classification determinations.
  • Lead trade compliance training across the company.
  • Submit export license and classification applications to regulators.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working on international trade controls.
  • Experience at a company selling software/hardware to military customers.
  • Expertise in U.S. export controls (ITAR, EAR).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with import/export customs procedures (e.g., CBP forms).
  • Experience with international trade controls in UK, Europe, or APAC.
  • Experience in aerospace or automotive industry.
