You'll engage homeowners in retail and event spaces, introducing remodeling services and scheduling free in-home demos. You'll build brand awareness and generate leads for one of the highest rated home improvement brands. This entry-level role offers base pay plus uncapped bonuses and a clear path into management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage potential customers through direct in-person outreach in retail environments
• Introduce remodeling services and special offers via friendly conversation
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations
• Represent the brand at local event spaces

📋 Requirements

• No experience required; must be self-motivated
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends (11am-7pm Wednesday-Sunday)
• Must be outgoing and well-spoken in human interaction
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8+ hours/day)
