You'll support avionics manufacturing and integration for next-gen autonomous defense platforms. Core impact: build wire harnesses, assemble test subassemblies, and integrate into final UAS products. Stands out as a rapidly growing defense tech startup with real-world national security impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Fabricate wire harnesses to workmanship standards
• Solder and rework electronic assemblies, including PCBAs
• Read and execute work from controlled documentation
• Perform electrical and functional tests on avionics stacks

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years manufacturing wire harnesses and/or electromechanical assemblies
• 1+ years using electronic test equipment (DMM, power supply, DAQ)
• Ability to work from technical documentation and schematics

✨ Nice to Have

• IPC/WHMA-A-620 and/or J-STD-001 certification(s)
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or avionics manufacturing
• Experience in a high-production or prototype environment
