You'll plan and execute high-impact events for a defense tech startup and manage our Arlington office operations. Your work directly supports the Game Warden platform that accelerates secure SaaS adoption for the U.S. government. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute events like conferences, executive dinners, and customer engagements.
• Manage logistics for senior-level engagements and quarterly events.
• Coordinate event vendors, venues, catering, and travel.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Arlington office operations.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, or office operations.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in-office most or all days.
